I push my edges to birth original creations, risking, seeking the unknown. The artist must regularly look into the void to welcome the new. A basic tool is emotional sensitivity to their world and a vision honed by years of observation as well as participation in life’s foibles. It is integral to hold one’s truth up to the light that it may be shared, enjoyed, pondered or questioned.
